Bosley Farr Associates Ltd. founded over 60 years ago, is a partnership of Keith Hobcraft, AACI, FRICS, PLE and Fred Roth, BA, AACI, PLE. Among the partners and staff of Bosley Farr Associates Ltd., are members of the recognized societies and these individuals are bound by the codes of professional conduct. These societies include the Appraisal Institute of Canada, the Association of Ontario Land Economists, the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Bosley personnel have been solving Canadian Land owners valuation problems, and giving expert testimony thereon, for over 60 years. |
